Desires of Her Heart
After the death of her husband, a troubled lioness decides to reconnect with her small town community. Instead, she gets far more than what she hoped for when she falls for the local church's mysterious, ewe parish associate. The two women enter a secret, tumultous relationship, and soon they both must answer the haunting question: will they give into their repressed, darker desires - or will they heal from the tragedies that have defined their lives?

All Frederick wants is to turn a new leaf over, to find some semblance of peace in his already chaotic and directionless life. With his sister coming back into his life through a flood of letters begging him to come back to the reservation, and the strong yearning to not rest until he makes a name for himself in the mainstream world of American literature with his poetry, his heart is being pulled in many directions.
